All 4 tower elevations have been treated with the same attention to detail and focus on the micro as well as the macro scale. The macro scale has been addressed through the use of double storey pre-cast elements which from a legible pattern when viewed from longer distances. This ensures that the development does not become another tall uniform tower shape on the city skyline, but provides an aesthetically pleasing and recognisable form.

The design language of the development is based on smooth flowing forms which are pleasing to the eye and assist in breaking down larger elements, so they relate to the human scale. Parking requirements necessitated the use of one above ground parking level. This level has been carefully screened, and does not rely on extensive planting to provide interest and relief. The screen consists of vertical linear metal elements composed in a series of slightly varying angles to create a wave form. An additional layer below utilizes horizontally arranged louvers which touch the ground and then lift in the appropriate areas providing pedestrian access to the main foyer and vehicular access to the carpark. The elevated podium also provides a base for the landscaped recreational facilities deck. The facilities on the podium deck level are treated as a series of glazed pods set back from the podium edge. This creates 2 distinct levels of scale which relate to the existing 2 storey as well as larger 3 storey residences in the street.

The residential facilities are extensive and usable, set into a beautifully landscaped recreational deck level. The tower floats above the landscaped recreational level and is supported by sculpted columns which complement the geometry of the façade.
